Returns

*As a reminder, RUDY'S GALLERY is not responsible for the return/exchange shipping fees.

return allowed in only two cases 

- if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. (shipping rate will not applied if you exchange the item ) .if you want return you will pay the shipping fees

- if you order more than one item and one of them doesn't fit.

- evening and soiree dresses can't be return or exchange .

you must to inform us in the same day you received your order in both cases. 

if you don't like the item return it to the courier and pay the shipping fees.

*We Exchange size only of the same item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 - custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

 - we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Evening and soiree dresses can't be return .


Refunds 

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through Instapay or any E-wallet within 10 business days.
